All right, how do I begin — first and foremost, not that I don't trust Alex, but I don't trust anybody. I've had trust issues since I was a kid for personal reasons but anyway this gentleman was absolutely honest, straight up, and no gimmick. I had a shuttering problem with my transmission. Alex told me what to get, what he was gonna do and how long it should take — and once it's done, it should resolve the problem.
